Hi, I’m Suze.

I love helping individuals, teams, and organisations solve challenges and move forward with curiosity, purpose, and confidence.

Having worked as a human-centred researcher and designer for many years, and then stepping into leadership roles, I realised that nothing was more important than your team.

Without a motivated, learning, purposeful, and performing team, being a leader was pretty tough and not much fun for your people either.

At this point I moved from solving customer challenges via Customer Experience (CX) work, to solving employee and team challenges - partnering with organisations to improve their employees’ experience of work, either through individual or team coaching, Employee Experience (EX) design, or facilitation.

My qualifications include:

  • Master of Arts (History)

  • Post-Graduate Certificate in Management

  • ICC - International Coaching Community certified individual and team coach

  • ICAgile Certified Professional

  • Grace Papers Empowerment Certified Coach.

Outside of work I’m first and foremost a wife, mum, daughter, and friend. There’s always a good book or two on the go, a new recipe to try (hopefully with ingredients from my veggie garden), a family adventure to plan and enjoy, and some sunshine and sea air to soak up.

What it’s like to work with me

In all my work I bring the values of curiosity, connection, and confidence

  • I love to get curious, ask questions, and get to the heart of a challenge. This shows up in the form of my questioning nature and deep listening.

  • Connection and empathy enable me to build understanding, appreciate diverse thinking, and collaborate to move forward.

  • Confidence encourages me to be courageous, and determined. Being solution oriented, I challenge myself and others, to seek answers that strike at the root cause rather than merely the 'symptoms'.

My work is rooted in the ethos of human-centred design:

  • Putting those you're designing for at the heart of the work

  • Looking to experiment and iterate

  • Centred on curiosity and discovery.

Purposely curious, purposely creating new futures.
