Facilitation

Facilitation is guiding and supporting a group of people to collaborate better and arrive at solutions, outcomes, or decisions more effectively and efficiently.

As an experienced facilitator I will work with you to define the purpose and desired outcomes for your session or workshop, and then design and facilitate the session.

As a facilitator my role is to:

  • Create a safe space for dialogue

  • Ensure equal participation of all

  • Encourage diverse thinking and viewpoints to be shared

  • Keep the discussion on track and aligned to your purpose and outcomes.

I have a toolbox of activities, tools, and techniques that I draw on, built from facilitating countless workshops, co-design sessions, and design sprints, and team coaching programmes.
